BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carlstadt, that in compliance with the provisions of the Open Public Meetings Act and in order to provide the public with adequate notice of the Regular, Caucus and Finance Meetings of the Mayor and Council, for the year, 2025 that the public be notified.

 

That Caucus and Finance Meetings shall be held in the Caucus Room of the Municipal Building, 500 Madison Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey, at 7:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 2, 2026, February 4, 2026, March 4, 2026, April 1, 2026, May 6, 2026, June 3, 2026, July 1, 2026, August 5, 2026, September 2, 2026, October 7, 2026, November 4, 2026, December 2, 2026.

 

That Caucus Meetings shall be held in the Caucus Room of the Municipal Building, 500 Madison Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey, at 7:00 P.M. and Council Meetings shall be held in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 500 Madison Street, Carlstadt, New Jersey at 8:00 P.M. on the following dates: January 21, 2026, February 18, 2026, March 18, 2026, April 15, 2026, May 20, 2026, June 17, 2026, July 15, 2026, August 19, 2026, September 16, 2026, October 21, 2026, November 18, 2026, December 16, 2026, carried over to January 1, 2027 at 12:30 P.M.; Reorganization Meeting - January 1, 2027 at 1:00 P.M.

 

ALL MATTERS CONCERNING the operation of the Borough of Carlstadt including but not limited to the adoption of Ordinances, Budgets, and expenditures of funds, appointments of Officials and every other matter concerning the operation of the Borough may be taken up at any or all of the above enumerated meetings.

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following two (2) newspapers be designated as the newspapers in which all notice of changes and Special Meetings shall be placed for the year 2026 are:

1.         The Record

2.         The Herald News

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Borough Clerk be directed to place a copy of this resolution on the bulletin board reserved for all other public notices in the Municipal Building and that she be further directed to publish this notice in The Record and the Herald News forthwith
