The Chief Financial Officer is a Certified Municipal Finance Officer as required by State Law. The CFO is responsible for all financial functions. Some examples are supervising financial personnel, investing of Borough funds, maintaining adequate cash flow, monitor budget expenditures, assist in the preparation of the annual budget and act as financial advisor to the Mayor and Council.

The mission of the CFO is to ensure that the appropriate financial and auditing controls within the town are maintained in an efficient, cost-effective and responsive manner.
