Councilwoman Suzanne Fonseca

Though not originally from Carlstadt, Suzanne and her husband, Victor, chose Carlstadt as the place where they they wanted to raise their son, Salvatore, and together they have worked as volunteers in the community making sure that Carlstadt remains a community that others will choose just as they did. Prior to being the first woman ever elected to the Council in Carlstadt, Suzanne was a longtime volunteer in our recreation soccer program and currently she and her family are the driving force behind the creation and maintaining of the Carlstadt Community Garden. She works as a manager of Lakeland Bank here in Carlstadt.
